Concept based Continuum of Graded Tests Language & Literature
A compilation of seven sets of tests each with four parallel forms meant for all the seven levels of general education viz.,
primary, upper primary, secondary, higher secondary, graduate, post-graduate, and research. The formulation of the
graded syllabi has facilitated the preparation of a set of graded tests.
Each one of them has two parts: Language and Literature; and each part has two sections A & B to
focus simple and complex questions respectively. Thus, a total of 56 tests under 102 sections

have been provided along with necessary instructions in bilingual form. The details
such as number of questions, maximum marks, allotted time, etc., have been provided
together with answer keys.
The input ratio to be followed for drawing questions from the areas of language and literature
at every level of education has also been suggested. These tests are directly related to the graded syllabi formulated and hence meant to
assess the achievement made

on them. They can be directly used to assess the mastery and with some modifications the personality.
These tests are useful to the language teachers, educational administrators, members of the BOS in universities/autonomous colleges,
and school education boards of different systems. They are also useful for the examination boards and the agencies
of recruitment who want to assess the candidates on different grade norms.
